Kindly also note that customs duties, sales tax on imports and handling costs that were charged to the recipient by ARAMEX by order of the customs office cannot be refunded by us, even if these items are returned

To return or exchange an order, please contact us at info@mariamtartarashvili.com  and follow the instructions provided by our customer service representative. Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the order. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted. Item(s) must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all original packaging and tags attached to be eligible for return or exchange. The cost of returning the item(s) is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns
